Default URL with trailing slash

My URL structure has a trailing slash, but both the link in the language switcher and the hreflang tag points the URL without trailing slash.
Example:
On the page https://domain.com/slug/ the language switcher link and hreflang tag points to https://domain.com/slug
How can I fix this?
