The question form in the frontend is just a way for you to engage with the customers but it wont add the question automatically like a comment form would do.
Add a Question
New questions related to a product are added from the Backend.
When editing a product look for “FAQs” in the Product Data.
Click “Add Question” and populate the fields for both question and answer.
Once you update the product, your question will appear above the form in your frontend.
Disable the “Ask a Question” Form
You can also disable the contact form if you want.
To change the general settings of the plugin from the backend go to Woocommerce > Settings > Products
